Food Log

9am - 2 eggs, wild rice

12pm - piece of toast, half an avocado, tuna, tomato, orange juice

3pm - banana, carrot

7pm - penne, wheat balls, marinara, vegan mozzerella

Didn’t really eat much today, had a busy day. Didn’t have time to workout, but I mowed the lawn for an hour, which turned into somewhat of a workout (I have a push mower and a huge yard). Tomorrow is a new day!
